Mid-term Status Meeting “Quantum Computer Demonstration Setups”
AdMOS took part in the mid-term status meeting of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research on October 22/23, 2024 at the Futurium in Berlin. We are a project partner in the joint project “QSOLID Quantum Computer in the Solid State”. AdMOS presented the status of its work on SPICE simulation models for cryogenic applications.
EMC and signal integrity:
With the help of 3D simulation technology, we can make correlations visible and solve problems that are very difficult or impossible to measure.
AdMOS develops software that is used worldwide by semiconductor fabs, research institutes and fabless design houses to generate simulation models for CMOS transistors and beyond.
We create SPICE simulation libraries for CMOS processes. From the ultramodern FinFET process to RF CMOS and from high voltage to power MOSFETs.
